TABLE OF CONTENTS DRAFT

Hello blog!

In today’s blog I’m going to talk about the table of content draft. For the table of contents I based it on Teen Vogue and Irish Tatler.  I did a mock table of contents and another draft with real pictures. I used images from Canva in order to get an idea of what the magazine would look like. And then went in and used my pictures for the other draft.

So this is the mock table of contents:

And here's the table of contents draft:

For the table of contents I wanted it to be fun and creative. Since it’s about fashion I wanted to be more visual. There’s a lot of pictures throughout it to show how it connects to the topic of the article. In the table of contents it includes five other articles. The numbers of the pages are in big letters and are inside bubbles. The circular means regular articles whilst the star ones emphasize the important articles. This also goes with the theme of reflection, as I mentioned previously I want to use bubbles throughout some pages of the magazine. I’m think of changing the color of the background since I think it’s too bright and doesn’t make the images standout. I do also plan on changing the images around so they are more spread out.

Here are some of my inspiration magazines:

Thanks for reading the blog, see you on the next!
